Acceptance into the Work Experience Program is based on a point system. Each document that you submit is reviewed and points are applied accordingly.
Application packages must include the following:
1) BWFD WEP Qualifications Checklist
2) Cover Letter
3) Resume with current contact information
4) Certificates (include all fire and non fire if applicable)
5) Supporting Documents
6) Letters (volunteer and reference)
7) Fitness Testing (York, CPAT or equivalent)
Be sure to include photocopies of all your certificates and supporting documents. You must provide at least three references with their current contact information.
Send your completed documentation by email, fax or standard post. Documents sent by courier are NOT accepted.
